Whether you want to relax with a coffee in the Caretakers Cottage or soak in the country air from the Mill Veranda & Cottage Courtyard, The Flour Mill Café has something for everyone. With freshly made cakes, a fresh seasonal menu, and generous serves – it’s the perfect place to recharge on your way into or leaving York. The Flour Mill Café is open for breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea, and also offers catering options for functions and weddings.

Owned and run by locals Amber Giles and Fiona Bush, the store is beautifully set out with delectable products including quality fresh produce, bread, small goods, specialty pantry items, and flowers. Gather York has a focus on ‘as local as possible’ and stock a range of York products including olive oil, honey, tea, biltong, eggs, bread, and seasonal produce.
